How Tulip Valley Farms Reimagines the Tulip Experience

Founder and farmer Andrew Miller created Tulip Valley Farms with one goal in mind: to offer you a truly immersive, focused tulip experience. Planted in 2022, the farm quickly grew to become the West Coast’s largest u-pick tulip farm. It’s the only u-pick tulip field in Skagit Valley.

As Tulip Valley Farms says, “Color is our crop.” Its gardeners have designed every aspect of your visit to enhance the experience.

From free parking to grass paths that wind between rows of tulips, it’s not just about the flowers. It’s about creating meaningful memories.

You can enjoy these family-friendly activities

Whether you’re looking to capture the perfect photo or soak in the beauty, Tulip Valley Farms offers an unforgettable adventure.

What To Expect During Your Tulip Valley Farms Visit

Are you planning to see Tulip Valley Farms during the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival?

Here’s what you have to look forward to at the garden:

  • Mini highland cows. Fluffy cows? Say no more! Come pet and feed these pint-sized four-legged friends.
  • U-pick tulips. Pick your own tulips and take home a bouquet as big and beautiful as the view.
  • Night Bloom experience. On Saturday evenings, join others for a nighttime adventure of lights, lasers and music among the starlit tulips.

Pro tip. Purchase your tulip tickets ahead of time. You can grab tickets at the gate, but buying them online beforehand saves you from the lines. You also get to the blooms faster; spending more time with tulips and less time waiting is a win.

Don’t let rainy days turn you away: Some of the best photos happen under overcast skies.
