We are very excited to announce a new Tulip Postage stamp for the United States and it will be released for the first time on March 24 at the Mount Vernon, WA post office on Cleveland. Stamp collectors can get the new stamp canceled tomorrow at a special station at the post office. Local postal employees are celebrating the occasion by donning official Tulip Festival t-shirts.
