Tulip Festival runs through April 30; tulips are starting to bloom; keep checking updates
April 4, 2021

Mother Nature is bringing spring along slowly in the Skagit Valley, allowing the tulips to develop sturdy stems and beautiful colors as they come into bloom. As of April 9, we have  tulips blooming in the gardens and in some of the fields. There are still more tulips coming into bloom.

We have events and activities all open and ready to greet you — art shows, a drive by Tulip Parade, a Tulip Pedal bike ride, and a Tulip Run. Plus there are alpacas to visit, restaurants to sample, and new favorite spots to discover. Salmon fans should watch for the local Kiwanis organization selling smoked salmon on the weekends in April in downtown Mount Vernon (from 10 am until 2 pm, Friday, Saturdays and Sundays in April).

Thank you for coming to Skagit Valley and enjoying our festival. We are so happy to have you and we hope you enjoy your visit.

Remember, you DO need to buy tickets in advance of arriving here (a week, 3 days, 1 day, 1 hour) either from http://www.tulip.com (RoozenGaarde) or http://www.tuliptown.com (Tulip Town).
