Join us in downtown Mount Vernon for the 39th Annual Tulip Festival Street Fair, presented by the Mount Vernon Downtown Association. We welcome juried arts and crafts vendors from throughout the USA and Canada, including painting and fine art, photography, jewelry, clothing, gourmet food stuffs, unique gifts, garden art, children’s toys – fun for the whole family!
