William Bounds Custom Framing designing backdrop for original painting

Bill and June Bounds are busy — they have designed delightful framing that makes the original painting by Kerry Clavadetscher even more stunning. We get the original in our office at 311 W Kincaid St. in Mount Vernon (come and see it after Nov. 9). And, they are using their talents to duplicate the design for the poster that will be unveiled on Nov. 9 (and will hang in the Heritage Bank offices in Burlington, WA). Plus, Bill and June are coordinating with artist Kerry to sign posters to frame for all the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival sponsors.
