The Skagit Valley Tulip Festival office is located at 311 W Kincaid Street, Mount Vernon, WA 98273. We also staff an information booth near Exit 221, located at 18729 Fir Island Rd., Mount Vernon, WA 98273.
The tulip fields are spread out over a 15-mile radius and Tulip Festival events are scattered around the entire county.
