Our 2010 poster artist is Bart Rulon of Whidbey Island. When he began to work on the poster, Bart decided to bring together some of our valley’s treasured wildlife with our signature tulip fields. For the poster, he melded together a spectacular evening, gorgeous tulips and wildlife that will be a favorite for years to come.
